Skilled Texas Debt Relief Attorney – Helping Clients Obtain a Fresh Start
Sean Flynn earned his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law. Following graduation, he began practicing bankruptcy law in North Texas and is now bringing his skills to Fears Nacahwaiti Law Firm. As an experienced Texas debt relief attorney, Sean believes strongly in helping good people who have fallen on hard times obtain a fresh start and regain financial security.
Growing up Sean always had a strong sense of giving back to the community, epitomized in his becoming an Eagle Scout. Sean continued to express this desire of giving back by working as a student attorney for St. Mary’s Center for Legal and Social Justice and clerking for Texas RioGrande Legal Aid, providing assistance to indigent clients throughout South Texas.
While at St. Mary’s, Sean was an Articles Editor on The Scholar, St. Mary’s Law Journal on Minority Issues. He wrote a student comment which was selected for publication in the journal. “One Person, One Vote, One Application: District Court Upholds Texas Absentee Voting Law that Disenfranchises Elderly and Disabled Voters” 11 Scholar 469 (2009).
Prior to attending law school Sean earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History from the University of North Texas, graduating with honors. Sean’s interest in history and international affairs during law school led him to study in Innsburck, Austria, at the St. Mary’s Institute on World Legal Problems, with distinguished lecturer Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts.
As a Dallas bankruptcy lawyer, Sean is admitted to practice in the State of Texas, and the U.S. District Court, in the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas.
