Majed Nachawati is a co-founder partner of Fears Nachawati Law Firm. He received his Juris Doctorate at the University of Houston Law School and began his legal career as a two-year judicial law clerk with the Thirteenth Court of Appeals of Texas.

In 2006, after his tenure with the Court of Appeals, Mr. Nachawati relocated to Dallas, Texas, and along with co-founder and partner, Bryan Fears, opened the Fears Nachawati Law Firm with an emphasis on consumer bankruptcy and personal injury law.
