Mr. Fears received his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas, and began his legal career as a partner with the largest consumer firm in the nation. Along with co-founder and partner, Majed Nachawati, Mr. Fears has built a leading bankruptcy and personal injury law firm that defends the legal rights of injured clients, and clients seeking debt relief through consumer and small business bankruptcy.
